SchoolMAN (School Management System) is a windows application by NEWCOEN which simplify and automate school operations, and manage your school data on the school local machine with your optional choice to allow it copy your school data to our public server for public access by Teachers and Parents.

Eventhough SchoolMAN is highly Customizable but there is design structure is follows:
- The School should have 3 terms per academic year,
- Each term having two sequences(Exams),
- Final results or last term results might be a combination of averages with the 1st and 2nd term.
- The two sequences(exams per term can only be registered into the system at once (Not register first seq. and second seq. next time)),
- Example of a school structure that fit in perfectly is Cameroon's Secondary school structure.
